  • How do I care for my order?

    Please be sure to wash your item before wearing if you have sensitive skin.

    Backing is left on the shirt to hold design in place.

    After first wash you may need to iron. Don’t place iron directly on shirt, instead use a light cloth or light colored shirt in between. Iron inside and out. You shouldn’t need to iron every use, but may need to the first wash.

    You can dry them of course, but for longer lasting/best results we recommend air drying as best!

  • How does the "custom order" option work?

    When we create a new design, we choose a color and shirt type that we think works well! But we also know the feeling of seeing something you love, but wish it was on a sweatshirt instead, or in your favorite color.

    We created the Custom Order option for just this case!

    1. Head over to the custom order section of our shop

    2. Pick your type (sweatshirt, tee, etc.)

    3. Pick your size & color.

    4. Add to cart!

    5. A form will populate and give you options for all of our designs and let you choose your thread color.

    6. Wait for your order to be custom made!

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    All apparel is made to order, so plan for at least two weeks for processing + shipping. If you need your item for a specific date please feel free to reach out. We always do our best to work with individual deadlines.

  • What is the difference between shipping & local pick up?

    We love shipping our orders everywhere and spreading our message near and far. However, we also have a lot of local sales. Our Local Pick Up option is there for people who want to save a little money on shipping, and don’t mind meeting me at local businesses (my favorite is always a good coffee shop).

    This helps the customer save money & time on their order, and allows us to be more environmentally friendly with packaging! A win, win!

  • Returns/Exchanges

    Since all of our products are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges if there is something physically wrong with the item and it still has tags on it.
